The long and short term nursing care for an elderly person can be done in a home, a family-like oriented setting and environment, as an Adult Family Home (AFH).
Although licensed by Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Premier Gentle Care, AFH, “Is Like Home, Only Better”.
We are located on Sammamish Plateau half a mile East of City Center, surrounded by trees, viewing over the Llama Lake. The house is situated away from the street, contemporary and beautifully decorated to enhance the feel of home for our residents. The facility allows easy access everywhere for walker and wheelchair and creates a home like atmosphere, in other words, is elegant and homey.
A large deck offers a nice place to walk, or to stay and enjoy a panoramic view and the ducks diving on the Llama Lake.
Bedrooms are private or shared, with direct or near by access to the bathrooms. Some bathrooms are equipped with walk in showers or soaking tub. An alarm, or monitor system is available for each room and resident, when necessary. Every room has TV and internet connection.
From dining area, the residents can watch cooking and meal preparation that takes place in the kitchen.
The living room, with large windows viewing the entry driveway guarded by trees and flowers, is the place where the residents gather for various activities, or simply to watch the serenity of the place.
