Our goal is to use a gentle care approach, to meet the unique and challenging needs of each individual. Our many years of experience have taught us that personal interest and activities vary from person to person – like snowflakes, they are all beautiful but, unique.
We collaborate closely with the resident, the family members and health care professionals to design specific care plans to meet physical and emotional needs, to accommodate preferences and desires of each individual, and to provide the appropriate amount of care to compensate for the person’s deficits.
We engage every resident to take part in a large range of stimulating activities, according to their abilities and preferences, and to use and maintain the remaining areas and the level of daily living abilities. It maintains a good self-esteem and dignity, as well as physical and mental mobility.
We cannot give health to anyone, but we can bring comfort, we can create a safe and compassionate care environment for each and every resident independent of their health condition.
Our mission is to create a home like environment, where residents maintain their abilities, independence and dignity, where their need are fulfilled and they find comfort, while giving the family the assurance and peace of mind that their loved one is safe and cared for in a comfortable and enjoyable surrounding.
